Mortgage Rates looking great-

Freddie Mac - the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage average fell further to 4.72% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending June 10. In the previous period, the average was 4.79%, and the year-ago average was 5.59%.

Interest rates on 30-year fixed mortgage hover near the record low set on December 3, 2009 in our survey; the Primary Mortgage Market Survey began in April 1971,” said Frank Nothaft, Freddie Mac chief economist, in a statement.

Now if they would just release some of them REO’s so we would have a reason to need a 4.72% loan !
